The Story.

Dr. Dave's Band Aide began nearly 30 years ago, when a young college graduate had a vision: musicians throughout northwest Ohio and southeast Michigan needed a reliable, dedicated instrument repair technician to overhaul and restore their most valuable assets. Dr. Dave decided he would take up that mantle and become that technician. 

Since that fateful August day when the stars aligned and his fifth pint of Pepsi kicked in, Dr. Dave has lived up to his youthful dream. The pros in his area have anointed him their instrument repairman of choice for all their tasks, from a repad to a complete overhaul of their beloved instruments. And Dr. Dave continues to provide this invaluable service because he does indeed love what he does. 

In 1996, Dr. Dave moved his base of operations to a storefront on Starr Avenue in burgeoning East Toledo. Professionals, schools, parents and more come to him in increasing throngs to do work that he warrantees for one full year on parts and workmanship. These services are now available to anyone throughout the US and Canada who is seeking reliable instrument repair.
